The Platform is provided for internal compliance screening purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access. Results are advisory and do not constitute legal advice.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Screening results are generated algorithmically from third-party data sources. Verdex does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any result. You are solely responsible for any compliance decisions made using the Platform.

4. Data

Supplier names and documents you submit are processed solely to perform screenings. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdex and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
